Estoppel

By action of the Board of Directors of San Remo, Inc. (the “Association”), requests for issuance of estoppel certificates should be directed to and may be prepared by Victory Accounting. The contact information is as follows:

As permitted by Florida Statutes, the Association has approved fees for estoppels as follows:

$250.00 if the Unit is not delinquent in any monies owed to the Association
An additional $150.00 if there are delinquent monies owed to the Association.
An additional $100.00 if the requestor asks for the Estoppel Certificate within three (3) business days.

The fee is due upon preparation of the certificate.
